About me
Julia Fuller-Wilson is the State Victims Crisis Assistance and Response Program Coordinator and the Federal Violence Against Women Program Administrator at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services. She currently manages and coordinates state crisis response efforts to victims following criminal mass casualty events. In addition, Julia administers the federal components of the Services, Training, Officers, and Prosecution (STOP) grant program. She has worked in the field of victim services for over 25 years.
Julia currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Association of VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Administrators (AVA). Julia received a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology from Charleston Southern University and a master’s in social work with a concentration in social work administration and policy practice from Virginia Commonwealth University.
